’Oscars’ of Digital Innovation in Art

For the third time already, .ART is supporting the nomination “Digital Innovation in Art” award as a part of Investor Allstars 2019. This year, greater than before, the proliferation of technology has been making an impact on the core ways art is being perceived, created and managed.

Investor Allstars is one of the most important events for the European entrepreneurial and investor community, crowned the ‘Oscars’ and ‘must attend’ event. Over the last years, more than 700 entrepreneurs and investment professionals from Europe and the US have attended the awards ceremony. Regular entrants and attendees include Index Ventures, Carlyle, Balderton, Accel, Northzone, Insight Venture Partners, Alchemy Partners, TA Associates, Investcorp, Doughty Hanson, Summit Partners, Partech and Intel Capital. The event seeks to energise and celebrate the successes of the European entrepreneurial ecosystem and draw attention to the risk takers and CEOs who are creating the global winners of tomorrow.

Our previous award winner has been Annika Erikson of Articheck, overtaking 30 runner-up innovators in the Arts field.

The judging panel is made up of some of the best known investors in Europe and includes: Jean Bourcereau – Ventech, Omri Benayoun – Partech, Kerstin Cooley – Brightly Ventures, George Coelho – Quadia Partners, Sophie Dingreville – Munich RE Ventures, John Doran – TCV, Edwin Hengstmengel – Endeit, Rainer Maerkle – HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Karen McCormick – Beringea, John Rosenberg, Lucian Schoenefelder – KKR, Jessica Schultz – Northzone and Rory Stirling – Connect Ventures.
