The digital art world has been largely committed to the success of this first online edition of the festival. It is important to us to acknowledge their contribution. It is part of all of our mission to make art more accessible, and to foster a sense of community. This is our way to say thank you to all the artists, visitors, people who engaged with our platform and with the festival.

Ulvi Kasimov, Founder of .art Domains

The gallery welcomed over 3100 visitors in less than two weeks, making it one of the most popular exhibitions during the festival.

Softspot and .art Domains, the partners in the successful initiative that is the Ars Electronica .ART Global Gallery, have decided to prolong the exhibition after thoughtful consideration. 2020 is a year that can use some great news! Therefore, instead of closing on September 22nd, the exhibition will now be available till 30th of September!

Softspot aims to cultivate rich, thick experiences between artists, their work, and their audiences. Offline, under different constraints, organizations architect elaborate, expensive buildings to achieve this effect. We believes online environments deserve that same level of craftsmanship and consideration.
